I have been taking my truck to Chris and his employees for about two years now & they treat me like family. All of his employees are wonderful, very nice, considerate & informative . I’ve never have had any problems with them. Prices are fair & the work they do is great!! I’ll definitely keep going back to them ..

Had another shop tell me the problem was a $1600 fix. Midtown Auto said they wanted to try something else first, at just $250. The day of appointment, they found what was really causing the problem and it was even less expensive. They could’ve held out and charged for the more expensive fix, but they were honest and talked me through the whole thing, plus what to look for to keep it from happening again. Really pleased with their integrity and service.

Promises made, promises kept! I’ve taken a few vehicles to Midtown. It can look daunting driving by it. It’s always crowded with customer vehicles, but make an appointment, and you’re golden. I love their straight forward communication. I know I can depend on them. Quite refreshing these days.

I’ve used MTA&D for years now. Chris and his team, specifically Joel, have gone strides to ensure my diesel truck is in notable shape before leaving their shop. At least, they go out of their way to make me aware of the current issues that are still needing addressed with the vehicle even though they had fully satisfied me for the reason I brought it in.
